Happy Father's Day

I lost my father in 2001 but everytime I see old trucks and cars I think of him because he loved to work on vehicles. There were many times that I was by his side while he disassembled and engine and put it back together again. It was not my idea of how to spend a summer but I am so grateful for the memories. Happy Father's Day to all of the dads out there!

You gave a wonderful tribute to your father today. You have a collection of very good memories. I think that wall mural is in Taos. . .right?!

You never know what will trigger a memory. May all your memories be good ones.

This is a great photo and a wonderful reminder that it is those strange/little things from our past that can make the best memories. Have a great week.

You are fortunate to have "trucks" as a memory trigger about your dad.
